Free Returns Within 30 Days

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery — no explanation needed. If it's not for you, that's perfectly okay.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email info@mulvanni.it with your order number and subject line:
RETURN #XXXX or EXCHANGE #XXXX

Our team will respond within 48 business hours with your complimentary return label and next steps.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• All original tags and packaging must be intact

• Items must not have been used in photoshoots, social media, or any commercial content

• Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your return label

Please note: Worn or unsaleable items will be returned to the sender.

• Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of return approval

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
