RETURNS POLICY
MULVANNI RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At MULVANNI, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury garments. However, if for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. No explanation is needed — if it’s not for you, that’s okay.
- Email info@mulvanni.com within 14 days of receiving your order. (The 14-day period begins on the day your parcel is marked as delivered.)
- Include “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” with your order number (example: RETURN #2844).
- We will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions.
- Returns must be sent back via tracked service at your own cost.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
- Returns must not be used in photography, social media, or any commercial context.
- Unsaleable items will be returned to sender at their expense.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return inspection.
- A €100 restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Opt for store credit instead of a refund and the €100 return fee will be waived. You’ll also receive a €100 bonus added to your store credit as an incentive. Credit is valid for 12 months and can be used toward any future purchase.
- Items purchased with a discount or on sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Custom-made and Plus/Curve sizes (XL+) are non returnable.
Genuine Fur Accessories
- Fur items and accessories are not eligible for refunds.
- Furs must be returned in saleable condition, free from perfume, smoke or other odours.
- Returns received in unsaleable condition will be returned to you.
Faulty Items
- Email info@mulvanni.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Attach photos of the fault for review.
- Approved faults will receive a complimentary return label.
International Returns & Duties
We do not refund international duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office to request a refund if applicable.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
- You will receive a full refund, no explanation needed.
Custom Orders
Custom pieces are non-refundable. Please ensure you are confident in your size, fit and fur choice before placing your order.
Chargeback Policy
If a refund is denied and a customer files a chargeback with their bank without attempting a return under our policy:

MULVANNI reserves the right to ban the customer account permanently.

All chargeback documentation, including shipping and condition evidence, will be submitted to the payment provider.

Customers who file abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to third-party payment dispute monitoring services and national credit management or reporting agencies in their country of residence.
